The female egg, being the largest cell in the body, requires lots of this energy to mature healthily and divide correctly, and sperm, although tiny in comparison require equal amounts to synthesise correctly and develop into super swimmers! Our mitochondria drives energy production, and this talk will walk you through its role in fertility and teach you how to support your clients to self-assess - and support - their own mitochondrial health.”
