Dr. Jesus Manzanares of Barcelona, Spain, is a published author and medically trained graduate of Medicine and Surgery from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. His reflexology research in neurophysiology at University Hospital Vall D’Hebron and Hospital Sagrado Corazon, in Barcelona is science-based reflexology and spans 30 years. Here he researched and documented 70,000 clinical reflexology case studies. From this research he has developed his concept the ‘Manzanares Method and Science of Reflexology’. Although Dr. Jesus is now retired from neurophysiology, he specializes in family medicine integrating homeopathy and reflexology with conventional medicine. He now teaches the ‘Manzanares Method and Science of Reflexology’ worldwide and is the author of three books, Reflexology Research Handbook (2017) Reflexology Maps and Deposits (2018), Manzanares Textbook of Reflexology” (2020).
