Sally Kay is an internationally acclaimed Reflexologist and best-selling author, who has created, researched and developed Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) from first principles through extensive clinical practice. This innovative approach to reflexology has attracted national and international awards and wide-spread recognition.
Sally has travelled extensively teaching RLD and as a guest speaker. She has published articles in professional journals which include, peer-reviewed, British Journal of Community Nursing, Complementary Therapies in Clinical Practice, and The International Therapist, UK & Australian Reflexions.
RLD demonstrates how reflexology treatment enables tangible outcomes to be measured. Sally believes data collection and analysis is beneficial to our profession and to other healthcare providers, importantly those who are responsible for the allocation of future healthcare funding and policy decision making decisions.
